It shows video coming through with sound for about 3 seconds then flashes green with lines etc so it must be the wrong driver. I've tried to attach a screen recording onto this post but it wont let me.

I just need a way to remove the original windows driver and force it to install the driver I choose until I find the right one. I ended up throwing the device in the bin and bought another one from somewhere else and have the exact same problem.

It refuses to install any other drivers apart from the one built into windows. I then click "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer" and it just shows "USB VIDEO DEVICE" so I click "Have Disk" and locate the new drivers and try to install but it comes up with "The folder you specified does not contain a compatiable software driver for your device, make sure it is designed for X64 systems" which they all are. However my DVD device will not read it properly. It came with a little DVD with the drivers etc on it. The video capture device is a YZ-007A () USB. Did these a few years back with no issues. Ok so I want to transfer VHS to digital using my laptop.
